The scientific and methodological principles that must preside over all scientific research in Tourism.

Globally in recent decades, tourism has experienced continuous expansion and diversification, becoming one of the largest and fastest growing economic sectors in the world (UNWTO, 2013).

New concepts have emerged, becoming in some cases new technological and environmental trends, patterns of consumption of goods, services, social responsibility, the media, the needs and tastes of tourists, and new forms of marketing. Due to these trends, many companies are drastically reformulating the way in which societies are linked and, particularly, their social, business, and governmental strata in order to maintain themselves over time, for this it is necessary to create adequate strategies with which by definition it would be possible to reach the goal. Since tourism has expanded to position itself today as one of the best economic alternatives for the different sectors and communities that for years were behind and without opportunities to improve their quality of life.

In our country, over time due to the phenomenon of globalization, organizations can mature and decline, or they can revitalize and grow. In any case, it is necessary for companies to go through internal transformations guided with clarity of the goals in the organization, what is its purpose or reason for being, what are the contributions of the areas and people to the mission and vision and what are the measures that reflect the progress and achievements, as well as the weaknesses and internal forces that stop the change (organizational diagnosis, performance evaluation and organizational behavior) and also the tourist activity.

According to Canatur, tourism in the country grew by 12% in 2013, however, only the large tourism operating companies benefited from this growth, while the future is uncertain for the small ones. According to Canatur, tourism in the country grew by 12% in 2013, however, only the large tourism operating companies benefited from this growth, while the future is uncertain in the small ones. From this point of view, it is imperative to carry out a study that reveals scientific research in Tourism, which also allows knowing the level and type of research.

The description of a problem allows one to question the existence of the problem and whose answer will arise when studying the phenomenon, it will increase the level of information on the subject studied and its theoretical bases of each research variable and will contribute to understanding the existing problem in the field that has been chosen as study population. That implies analyzing the problematic reality, the formulation of the problem, the justification, the search and selection of the antecedents, the formulation of objectives and the selection of the theoretical and conceptual frameworks.

For all these reasons, it is necessary to consider the principles of research as part of a scientific problem in any lack or difficulty of knowledge that cannot be solved automatically but through research carried out by scientific means seeking to increase knowledge of reality and satisfy certain needs of society. Also respecting copyright and professional ethics when developing an investigation.

In summary, the problem in a scientific investigation needs to be studied in an orderly, scientific, and facilitated way, so that the tourist activity has a better future and remains in time.
