3. We do not make refunds except for health with a medical certificate, death with a death certificate and pandemics (the refund is with a Travel voucher*). In the case of money back, it is subject to prior management with the suppliers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

  • Travel voucher can be exchanged for the contracted service. In case you want to make any change of community or destination, it must be prior coordination and additional payment that could be generated.<\/li>\n
  • The holder of the Travel voucher has a period of twelve months from the date of issuance, to decide on an option and carry out the exchange thereof. Considering that the reservation must be made with a minimum of one month in advance.<\/li>\n
  • This Travel voucher does not apply on holidays and public holidays in Peru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>

    4. In case of non-attendance, the traveler loses 100% of the reservation, date changes at least 30 days in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    5. We are subject to weather changes or stoppages\/strikes, it is understood that if an activity is not carried out, it will be changed for an equal or superior one.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Surcharges for holidays in Peru:<\/strong>

Criminal Penalties for Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking of Minors: All users and passengers are explicitly informed that, according to the Peruvian Penal Code, sexual exploitation and trafficking of minors are serious crimes punishable by imprisonment. NASSF TRAVEL will immediately report any suspicious or criminal activity detected in our operations to the appropriate authorities.<\/li>\n
    2. Mandatory Identification Requirement: For the purchase of any tourist package, transport service or accommodation reservation involving minors, it is mandatory to register the National Identity Document (DNI), Foreigner's Card or valid Passport of the minor.<\/li>\n
    3. Minor Travel Control (Law No. 30802): If a minor is traveling without their parents or legal guardians, the client is required to present and send the corresponding Notarized or Judicial Travel Authorization to the agency. Accommodation establishments booked through our platform will deny entry to any minor who does not comply with this legal requirement.<\/li>\n
    4. Right to Cancel Service: NASSF TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse the sale and execution of any tour service if the client refuses to properly identify the minor or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a risk of sexual abuse of a minor. Such cancellations will be at the client's expense and without refund.<\/li>\n
