How NASSF was created?
Nassf – Naturaleza Sostenible Sin Fronteras (Sustainable Nature Without Borders) was created by two scientific investigations carried out in the depths of the jungle by Liccet Suarez, who grew up loving the Peruvian jungle because his father Risto Suarez and his grandmother Lucynda Gonzales were native to these places; in the meantime, they taught her the true secrets of the Amazon, and, above everything, love and respect for his people and nature/ their environment. This is why, on her first trip to the jungle, she identifies the Shipibo Conibo community of San Francisco in Pucallpa in 2000 and returns to the community in 2003, where she makes his first scientific research in Tourism. Then / immediately / straightaway, the second scientific investigation was motivated and encouraged by the protection of an endangered species called the yellow – tailed wooly monkey. Looking for protected natural areas where they host this species is that it manages to find the Matsés National Reserve in Loreto and she decided joining the
community of Matsés to produce / create a scientific research according to the potential that presents the area and came to realize /achieved a Proposal of Scientific Tourism Sustainable in Matsés National Reserve for foreign tourists. There is also a commitment to work together with both native communities in order to improve their quality of life while safeguarding the environment. Therefore, we decided to launch a personalized travel agency specialized in sustainable tourism, with the full commitment to respect and balance between social and economic where / in which not only the businessmen benefits but also the communities involved; even more, when that will give them job opportunities, according to their talents and particularities. And all that will be done without putting aside the care of customs and traditions so that they can be remained in time for future generations, as well as offering a fair and balanced trade, without putting aside the care of the natural environment.
