PROTECTION OF CHILDREN AND PREVENTION OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION (ESNNA)
NASSF TRAVEL declares its firm commitment to the protection of children and adolescents, in strict compliance with the General Tourism Law No. 29408, Law No. 30802, and Ministerial Resolution No. 108-2020-MINCETUR. Our company applies a zero-tolerance policy towards the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in the tourism sector.
By using this website and contracting our services, the client accepts and agrees to the following mandatory conditions:
- Criminal Penalties for Sexual Exploitation and Trafficking of Minors: All users and passengers are explicitly informed that, according to the Peruvian Penal Code, sexual exploitation and trafficking of minors are serious crimes punishable by imprisonment. NASSF TRAVEL will immediately report any suspicious or criminal activity detected in our operations to the appropriate authorities.
- Mandatory Identification Requirement: For the purchase of any tourist package, transport service or accommodation reservation involving minors, it is mandatory to register the National Identity Document (DNI), Foreigner's Card or valid Passport of the minor.
- Minor Travel Control (Law No. 30802): If a minor is traveling without their parents or legal guardians, the client is required to present and send the corresponding Notarized or Judicial Travel Authorization to the agency. Accommodation establishments booked through our platform will deny entry to any minor who does not comply with this legal requirement.
- Right to Cancel Service: NASSF TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse the sale and execution of any tour service if the client refuses to properly identify the minor or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a risk of sexual abuse of a minor. Such cancellations will be at the client's expense and without refund.

- Serious Offense: We remind you that the exploitation and sexual trafficking of minors are crimes severely punished in Peru with prison sentences, according to the Penal Code.
- Identity Verification: It is mandatory to present the National Identity Document (DNI) or Passport of all minors for the contracting and provision of any tourist or lodging service.
- Travel Authorization: If a minor is traveling without their parents, the corresponding Notarized or Judicial Travel Authorization is mandatory.
If you witness or suspect a case of child exploitation or trafficking during your trip, do not be an accomplice. Report it immediately to the appropriate authorities:
